Leize Agency was born from a simple idea, business owners don’t need more theory or information. They need grounded support for today and strategic direction for tomorrow.

With a career that’s spanned customer service, military logistics, geospatial intelligence, and entrepreneurship, I’ve learned to cut through chaos and turn complexity into clear, actionable solutions. I’m not here to muck around. I’m here to help business owners get out of overwhelm and into momentum.

I started my career in hospitality and retail, where I learned the backbone of client service and operational flow. I then spent 8 years in the Australian Army, working across logistics and geospatial intelligence, where every decision had consequences and every process had to be sharp. I led teams, collaborated with international coalitions, deployed overseas, and earned two commendations for service. It recalibrated and shaped how I think, solve problems, and lead.

After leaving Defence, I co-founded an eCommerce brand in the combat wear space, running branding, marketing, and social media. I also explored mindset coaching, affiliate marketing, and digital consulting—all while raising two toddlers and studying relentlessly. Along the way, I earned Diplomas in Business and Behavioural Science, plus certifications in fitness, real estate, coaching and mindset modalities like hypnotherapy.

However, the real shift came when I saw the gap: small business owners juggling too much, trying to be everywhere at once, without the support or strategy to scale. That’s what led me to build Leize Agency. We’re a boutique consultancy that helps small businesses simplify, grow, and prepare for bigger moves.
